We accept payment by cash, cheque, bank transfer, credit and debit cards. Credit and debit card transactions are managed by Lloyds Cardnet or Paypal. You can order through our website www.bluwavesup.co.uk or by calling us free of charge on 01823 672 970 or +44 1823 672 970 if outside the UK.
Shipping and Handling
Charges for Clothing and Accessories
Our accessories have delivery included in the price, and charges will be the same no matter where you live in the UK. This kind of delivery should reach you within 4-10 working days. If you need it delivered faster please contact us so we can give you a quote.
Charges for SUP Delivery
Please note: We are unable to deliver anything over 3.5 meters/ 11’5” so some of our Stand Up Paddle Boards are available for pickup only.
Because the SUPs make such large parcels for delivery there may be some extra charges depending on where you live:
Local Pickup – Any item can be arranged to be picked up from our warehouse in Devon free of charge.Contact us to find out more.
Standard Delivery – Deliveries to Mainland England and Wales – SUP £45
SUP Delivery to Ireland – Delivery to Ireland and Northern Ireland – SUP £85
SUP Delivery to UK Islands – SUP £85
SUP Delivery to Scotland – SUP £75

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email to confirm your payment method and the items ordered.
The manufacturer may change the specification of certain components at any time. Published specifications for all SUPs are as accurate as possible, but there may be minor variations on the published specification if necessary.
Once you have placed an order with us we will deliver the item within 5-7 working days if it is in stock . If your item is not in stock, we will inform you of when you can expect delivery. Next day delivery is available on some items, where stated, if the item is ordered before 1pm. We strongly advise you to keep all packaging and documents in case they are needed at a later date.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY ADVICE
• Please do not accept delivery from the courier if you judge that the package and contents have been damaged.
• Please do not sign for a package as damaged even if the driver asks you to do so. Signing for damage will also void the insurance covering that consignment.
If you accept a damaged shipment we will not be able to make a claim, so please be sure that it is in good condition before signing for it.
You will be offered the option to Back-Order the items and should you choose to do this, we will endeavour to give you a true indication of the date upon which you should expect to receive said goods. If we fail to secure the goods you have back ordered within a reasonable (the estimated) time, you will be under no obligation to proceed further with that order.
If you wish to complain
In the event that you feel you need to complain, please contact FW3 Ltd by mail, or email us email@example.com.
Please return accessories via Royal Mail or other courier. If you wish to return a SUP for a refund but are unable to return it to FW3 Ltd premises yourself, FW3 Ltd will arrange for collection from the delivery address at a cost of £49 per SUP. This will be deducted from the refund for your returned SUP.
Please include a completed copy of our returns form with a reason for return to help us process your return as efficiently as possible
• Please enclose the form with the product and package up securely in the original packaging if possible
• Return the item (or items) via Royal Mail or other courier to the address shown below and obtain a certificate of postage and a tracking number.
We will provide an exchange or refund as required. Items should be returned in their original packaging within 30 days. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post so we recommend that you use a service that provides a certificate of postage and a tracking number. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims.
Our total liability in connection with or arising from the Order, whether in negligence or otherwise, shall be limited to the value of the Goods.
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Bluwave SUP or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Bluwave SUP. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non–commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Bluwave SUP. You may not modify, distribute or re–post anything on this website for any purpose.
Accuracy of Content
Bluwave SUP has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
